Ok I know you may have heard this before. Well it's true! According to one source:"THE WAR ON FAT IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE IN THE HISTORY OF NUTRITION" So part of eating well is eating whole foods and avoiding the processed, packaged, marketed, low-fat, no - fat garbage. Discard the margarine and consider the butter. Hydrogenated and " trans-fats" are to be avoided also! Simplified carbs and the processed abundance of them is what creates our obesity and puts us in a metabolic mess. Keep up the good habits of eating well!
